  1. RFRMxx.QM are macros  to reformat and  sort QEDIT blocks, paragraphs,
  2. and files.   Number of  words and  characters in  a file  can also be
  3. counted.  Comma delimited files can  also be made and "broken apart".
  4. Documents can formatted with right justification.  Blocks can be left
  5. and right justified.  Files can  be single, double and triple spaced.
  6. Can left and right justify  column blocks with opposite ragged edges.
  7. Can align column  of numbers by decimal  point.  Can format with user
  8. selected left  and right  margins.  (This  was right  justified using
  9. macro @f1 in rfr004.qm).
